Located in Laguna Niguel, Salon Diva is a full service salon featuring the very best in hair, skin and nails. “Diva” opened its doors in 2000, with the hard work of Owners Lesley Phillippe and Coleen Roup. Combined, Lesley and Coleen have over 25 years of salon ownership experience and continue to further the experience and passion.
